iRated® is the breakthrough in email marketing

The iRated® technology automatically ensures the highest possible click rate for your newsletters. The eworx Marketing Suite focuses on the content preferences of your newsletter subscribers and sorts the articles individually for each of them.

Based on the reading behaviour of each subscriber, iRated® optimises the order of the sections. In addition to reading behaviour, the sorting order specified by the creator of the newsletter is also taken into account. But that's not all. iRated® uses numerous factors, from the preferences of a specific subscriber to those of the general readership of your newsletter – information that a human being could never evaluate on their own.

The new order means that information relevant to the reader is ranked higher up with iRated®. Acceptance increases thanks to a subjective increase in the relevance of your mailing, and last but not least, this also increases the number of clicks in your newsletters and the likelihood of purchase.

iRated® is not only supported for “normal” mailings, but also for A/B split mailings optimised for open rates.

How to use iRated® for your campaign

To use iRated® technology for a campaign, activate the corresponding checkbox in the “Send” step. The intelligent algorithm, which is self-learning and autonomously adjusts the ranking of the posts, takes care of the rest.

To use the latest versions of iRated®, click on “Administration” in the user menu to access the “System settings”. In the “General” tab, select the “Use iRated®” option under the “Send” section:
